Artnex uses a credit system instead of a subscription. You buy a pack of credits once and spend them as you generate — images, videos, audio, and more. There are no monthly fees and no expiration dates. When you need more, you top up.

How credits work

Every AI tool on Artnex has a credit cost. When you run a generation, the cost is deducted from your balance. Costs vary depending on the model and output type — lightweight image tools cost far fewer credits than high-end video models. Every tool shows its credit cost before you generate, so you always know what you’ll spend. As a rough guide, 10buysyou10,000credits,whichworksouttoroughly∗∗10 buys you 10,000 credits, which works out to roughly **0.001 per credit**.
Credits are not a subscription. You pay once and use your balance until it runs out. There are no automatic renewals.

Check your credit balance

Your current balance appears in two places:
  • Dashboard — shown as a badge near the top of the page when you’re logged in.
  • Profile page — go to /profile and look for the Credits badge in your profile header.

Artnex offers three one-time credit packs, processed securely through Stripe.

All three packs have the same per-credit rate. The difference is how much you purchase upfront — larger packs simply mean fewer trips to the checkout.

Starter Pack

$10 · 10,000 creditsGood for trying out tools. Covers roughly 100 Z-Image Turbo images, 41 Nano Banana images, or 5 Veo 3 Fast videos.

Creator Pack

$50 · 50,000 creditsBest value for regular use. Covers roughly 500 Z-Image Turbo images, 208 Nano Banana images, or 25 Veo 3 Fast videos.

Pro Pack

$100 · 100,000 creditsMaximum volume for power users. Covers roughly 1,000 Z-Image Turbo images, 416 Nano Banana images, or 50 Veo 3 Fast videos.

How to buy credits

Go to the pricing page

Visit artnex.ai/pricing or click Buy Credits from your profile or dashboard.

Choose a pack

Select the Starter, Creator, or Pro Pack based on how many credits you need.

Log in if prompted

If you’re not logged in, Artnex redirects you to the login page first, then returns you to pricing after authentication.

Complete Stripe checkout

You’re taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. Enter your payment details and confirm the purchase.

Credits are added instantly

After a successful payment, Artnex verifies the transaction and adds your credits immediately. You’ll see a confirmation message and your updated balance on your profile page.
After a successful purchase, Artnex redirects you to /profile?payment=success. If your balance doesn’t update within a few seconds, refresh the page. If credits still aren’t showing after a minute, contact support — do not complete the checkout a second time.

What happens when you run out of credits

If your balance reaches zero, Artnex blocks new generations. You’ll see an error when you try to run a tool. To continue, purchase a credit pack and your balance will be topped up immediately.

Frequently asked questions

No. Credits you purchase never expire. You can buy a pack today and use the credits months later — there’s no time limit.
Credits are one-time purchases and are generally non-refundable once bought. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue during checkout, contact Artnex support with your payment details and session ID.
Yes. Credits are shared across your entire account and work with every AI tool on the platform — image generation, video, audio, image editing, and processing tools all draw from the same balance.
No. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. Artnex never stores your card details.
Go to your profile page (/profile). If the credits aren’t showing, wait up to one minute for the verification to complete, then refresh. If the problem persists, contact support with your Stripe session ID — do not attempt to purchase again.
