Your Artnex profile controls how you appear to other creators and gives you quick access to your generation history, credit balance, and account preferences. You can update most settings directly from the settings page without needing to contact support.

Access your settings

Go to /profile-settings directly, or click your avatar in the navigation header from anywhere in the app.

Update your display name, avatar, and bio

Open profile settings

Navigate to /profile-settings. You’ll see the Account Settings card at the top of the page.

Change your avatar

Hover over your current avatar image and click the camera icon that appears. Select an image file from your device. Artnex accepts any image format and files up to 5 MB. The new avatar uploads and saves automatically — no need to click Save.

Update your display name

Edit the Name field with your preferred display name.

Add or update your bio

Fill in the Biography field. This text appears on your public creator profile.

Save changes

Click Save Changes to apply your name and bio updates. Avatar changes save automatically when you upload.
Your avatar appears on your public creator profile, in your dashboard, and next to your generations in the Explore feed. Uploading a clear, recognizable image helps other creators find and follow your work.

Change your email or password

Your current email address is shown (read-only) in the Account Settings card under Email. To change it, contact support. To reset your password:

Find the Password row

Scroll to the Password section in Account Settings.

Click Reset Password

Click the Reset Password link. Artnex sends a password reset email to your registered address.

Follow the email link

Open the email and click the link to set a new password.
If you signed up using Google, you won’t see a password row — your account authenticates through Google directly. Use Continue with Google on the login page.

Your public creator profile

Every Artnex account has a public profile at /c/username. This page displays:
  • Your display name and avatar
  • Your biography
  • Your rank (Beginner, Explorer, Creator, Artist, or Master — based on total generations)
  • Generations you’ve published to Explore
Your rank increases automatically as your total generation count grows. You can see your current rank and progress toward the next tier on your /profile page.

Control what appears in Explore

By default, your generations are automatically published to the Explore page so other creators can discover them.
Disabling publishing to Explore is a premium-only feature. If you’re on a free plan, this toggle is locked. Upgrade to a premium plan to keep your generations private.
Premium users can toggle Publish generations to Explore off in the Publish to explore card in settings. Changes take effect immediately — toggling it off makes future generations private, and toggling it back on resumes publishing.

View your generation history

Your past creations are available on your profile page at /profile, under the My Creations tab.

Go to your profile

Navigate to /profile.

Open the My Creations tab

Click the My Creations tab. You’ll see up to 50 of your most recent generations.

Filter by type

Use the Images, Videos, and Audio filter buttons to switch between content types.

Download or delete

Hover over any item to reveal the download and delete buttons. Click the download icon to save the file locally, or the trash icon to remove it from your history.

Notification settings

The Notifications Settings card lets you turn on or off the Generation Task Completion Notice. When enabled, Artnex notifies you when a generation finishes — useful for longer-running video or audio jobs. Toggle the switch to enable or disable this notification. The change saves automatically.

Sign out

Scroll to the bottom of your settings page and click Sign Out. Artnex signs you out immediately and redirects you to the homepage.

Delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent. All your generations, profile data, and remaining credits are removed and cannot be recovered.
To delete your account:

Open profile settings

Go to /profile-settings.

Find the Delete Account row

Scroll to the Delete Account section in the Account Settings card.

Click Delete Account

Click the Delete Account button. Confirm when prompted.
Deleting your account removes all your personal data, generated content, and cancels any active plan. If you have unused credits, they are forfeited upon deletion. If you have a billing concern before deleting, contact support first.
