All packs are one-time purchases. You can buy the same pack multiple times, and your balance accumulates. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
New accounts receive free trial credits on signup. You don’t need to purchase a pack to start generating.

Credits are consumed per generation. The cost depends on which model you choose — faster or lower-resolution models cost fewer credits; high-quality or high-resolution models cost more.

To give you a rough sense of what each pack covers:
  • Starter (10,000 credits) — ~100 Z-Image Turbo images, ~41 Nano Banana images, or ~5 Veo 3 Fast videos
  • Creator (50,000 credits) — ~500 Z-Image Turbo images, ~208 Nano Banana images, or ~25 Veo 3 Fast videos
  • Pro (100,000 credits) — ~1,000 Z-Image Turbo images, ~416 Nano Banana images, or ~50 Veo 3 Fast videos
Real usage will vary depending on which models and tools you use.

Frequently asked questions

No. Credits never expire. Once you purchase a pack, your credits stay in your account indefinitely until you use them. There are no monthly rollover limits or expiration dates.
Yes. You can purchase any credit pack at any time from the pricing page. Credits stack — buying a second pack adds to your existing balance rather than replacing it.
If your balance reaches zero, new generations will be paused until you top up. Your account, saved creations, and history remain fully accessible. You won’t lose any of your previous work.
Yes. Credits are a universal currency on Artnex. The same balance is used whether you’re generating images, rendering video, creating speech, or using any other tool.
No. The price on each pack is the total you pay. There are no monthly fees, no seat costs, and no feature paywalls on top of credit usage.
Yes. Artnex offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on credit packs. If you’re not satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase, contact the support team through the Help page for a full refund.
Yes. You have full commercial rights to everything you create with Artnex, subject to the Terms of Service.
